Hello stampers! The Inky Friends are back with our monthly hop, this time featuring some winter holiday themed stamps. As wonderful as autumn is, Christmas will be upon us soon enough, especially for those who are makers. Makers of baked goods, makers of gifts, and makers of cards!
If you are following along in order, you just arrived from Yapha Mason's blog where she used Seasonal Lanterns to create some fun projects.
You may have guessed from the title of this post that I am using the cute and cuddly Santa Paws stamp set. I don't usually do cute, but I couldn't resist these little furballs! I used the retired SU alcohol markers here, but that was only because I don't have the new ones that SU is coming out with soon. Demonstrators had the opportunity to get these early, which is one of the best perks of being a demo :) I fussy cut the tree of critters.
This sweet poodle Santa was done on watercolor paper, colored with Smoky Slate and Real Red with an Aqua-painter, then had Clear Wink of Stella added. And... more fussy cutting 😊
Now, if I have time (an energy), I will be making some tags with this set to post in this hop. I am typing this after midnight, just a few hours before this goes live. I just finished a 13 hour shift at work, and am a bit worn out, lol. Be sure to check back later to see if I was able to add any more projects!
That's it for me, time to go check out what Sara Mattson-Blume has come up with using Smitten Mittens!
If you have seen something you need for your crafting life, just click the image in the supply list below and it will take you to my store! If you order less than $150, please use this month's Host Code, which can be found at the top of the sidebar on the right.
