If you are following along in order, then you have just arrived from Sylwia Schreck's blog. She not only creates gorgeous projects, she has quite a flair for photography!
This time we are all using the quintessential fall stamp set, Painted Harvest.
Now this set is all about the sunflower, but I had to go another direction.
It looks like a sun and some lovely summer foliage to me, so I found a picture of the entrance to the beach in Florida from a trip last year and made a scrapbook page. Well, really it is going on my wall. So, wall art?
There is a coordinating punch for the leaves in this set, and I put it to work with some Vellum that I had stamped in Tranquil Tide, then Clear heat embossed. They add a nice touch of dimension. The sentiment is created with the Sunshine Wishes thinlits and Sunshine Sayings stamp set.
Then I wanted a card, and in my efforts to get better at using DSP, I added a panel from the Painted Autumn DSP pack. Sun dappled goodness, right?! Also, there is Clear Wink of Stella covering the Crumb Cake "sunshine" on both of these projects, but I couldn't catch it in the photos. Boo! 😳
The sentiment is from Sunshine Sayings, and fits very well with this sunflower sun!
That is all I have this time. If you started somewhere in the middle, then keep on hopping to Allison's blog. If you started with Allison, I am the last stop, and I encourage you to come back again soon!
