Welcome back friends! The Artisan Design Team is back with more projects using the Merry Patterns stamps set. You can get your very own Merry Patterns by hosting a workshop with a merchandise total of $300 US/$375 CAD! It is a special Host Promotion that ends October 31, 2017, don't miss your chance! The Designer Series Paper sale (buy 3 packs, get the 4th free) is running all month, and the World Card Making Day special is on through October 10, 2017. All of these are going to make earning Merry Patterns so much easier 😀
For those who are new to the Artisan Design Team, here is a little
background. We are a group of 20 Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around
the globe,
handpicked by Stampin' Up! to bring you inspiration and projects with
the latest and greatest supplies.
If you are following along in order, then you just arrived from Sylwia Schreck's blog. Absolutely inspiring, right?!
On the previous blog hop featuring this stamp set (check it out here if you missed it the first time), I concentrated on the "tis the season" image. This time, I was enthralled by the deer!
These two cards are meant to stretch the time frame for using this set. I paired a sentiment from the Hug in a Mug stamp set, so this could be sent anytime this fall, winter, or spring. At least where I live 😉
This one features Lemon Line Twist, Bermuda Bay, and Dapper Denim. The embossing is done with the Quilt Top embossing folder.
This one uses Berry Burst, Pumpkin Pie, and Crushed Curry with Early Espresso for the sentiment. And the Cable Knit embossing folder. I think that embossing folder is one of my all time favorites!
The Mini Treat Bag die set and the Coffee Break DSP made these projects quick and easy. I even used the woodlands embossing folder on the oval behind the fussy cut deer on the left. And have you noticed that the dies that are lines of shapes are just perfectly sized for an insert!
This last project is a composition notebook that I altered as a Holiday planner. The deer outline was stamped in Early Espresso, then the detailed image was stamped in Versamark and clear heat embossed.
The inside was altered with Thick Whisper White and the outlined deer was Clear heat embossed. Then the Cable Knit embossing folder was used to decorate the pocket and the bookmarks that go with the planner.
That is it for me, it is time to go see what Allison has created. I am sure that is will be positively delightful. 😍
