December Project details

For those who were unable to make it to this month's meeting, here are the projects that we did. I made them for Heather, Leah, and Jodi, so this will just tell you what supplies we used, with a link to the pattern for the mini milk carton directions.

This is an ornament made from an old CD. They look great on the tree.
Stamps: Holy Triptych
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Versamark
Paper: Garden Green, Very Vanilla, Holiday Treasures Designer Series Paper
Accessories: Jumbo Antique Brass eyelets, Metallic eyelets, Crop-A-Dile, Riding Hood Red Striped grosgrain ribbon, Very Vanilla taffeta ribbon, heat gun, embossing buddy, Iridescent Ice embossing powder

This is a photo cube. I made the matting to fit 2" square photos. The really nice thing about these is they fold flat for mailing or storage. Here is the link to the tutorial from the resources area on splitcoaststampers.com
Stamps: Winter Post, To You & Yours
Paper: Garden Green, Riding Hood Red, Whisper White
Ink: Garden Green, Riding Hood Red
Accessories: Ticket Corner punch, Crop-A-Dile, Square Rhinestone brads, scoring blade for paper cutter, Red Line sticky tape, Boho Blossom punch, Snow Blossom punch

I thought we would try a different size page this time, and I just love this Frosty Days paper with all of these great bright colors! You could layer this 8-1/2x11 page on a 12x12 if you want also.
Stamps: Snow Burst, Lowercase Typeset Alpha (sorry-retired)
Paper: Tangerine Tango, Close to Cocoa, Frosty Days Designer Series paper
Ink: Close to Cocoa, Chocolate Chip, Tangerine Tango
Accessories:Kiwi Kiss Striped grosgrain ribbon , and Fresh Favorites II buttons that I forgot to put on this page

And the final project, these adorable Mini Milk Cartons designed by Rochelle Wick and you can find the instructions here.
Thanks Rochelle!
Stamps: Deer Friends, Snow Burst
Paper: Kraft, Always Artichoke, Whisper White
Ink: Ruby Red, Close To Cocoa, Always Artichoke
Accessories: 1", 1-1/4", 1-3/8" circle punches, various ribbons, dimensionals, staples and stapler to close the top

I hope you all enjoy these projects. I HAVE to go to bed now, lol!

Preview of December projects

Club is tomorrow! Can you believe it?! I have 2 projects to tease you with for the meeting, and I hope everyone can make it, it's going to be a good one :)
This is an ornament for the tree, made with a junk CD. It looks great on my tree at home. If you have a Crop-A-DIle, bring it with to speed things along.

And this is a photo cube that folds down for storage or mailing. This one is matted for 2" square photos. There is room for 5 pictures, or 4 pictures and a greeting. I suppose you could put one on the bottom too if you wanted, but we won't be at club.
