10 Cards Spellbinders February 2024 Club Kits

It is an Easter and Spring themed collection this month with no shortage of fun to be had!

Watch this video for full tutorials on all 10 cards! If you are a Deluxe Caboodle subscriber, there is even a project using this month's  bonus product.

First up is a card using the Glimmer of the Month and the Stencil of the Month. Links for everything below.  Alcohol marker coloring these flowers to life. And the Distress Sparkle Texture Paste creates a lovely background.

There is not a die for the daffodils image, so I used my Brother  Scan N Cut to cut them out. There is a die for the glimmered  sentiment is the same set.

Stenciling and a heat embossed and die cut sentiment from the Clear Stamp & Die kit of the month.

This card combines no less than 4 of the kits. Can you pick them out?

Spring has not arrived yet.  When it does, it will bring lots if fresh green, some lovely flowers, and a definite need for rubber boots!

More stenciling inside the card. It really is the fastest and easiest way to  dress up the inside of a card.

These lily of the valley dies and the wax seal of the month go so well together,

I love how the embossing folder  is reminiscent of the lily of the valley without being specific.

Did you notice that I used the special technique of using 2 colors of wax? Watch the video to see how it is done.

And  this one stencil is  back at it again! There are actually 4 stencils in the kit this month, and they are all gorgeous on  their own!

Gold embossed die cut lilies.

Ink blended and gilding polished  background layers on a 4Bar card (3.5"x5").

Repeat the image inside and add a sentiment.

Cute bunny jumping in a basket on this 5x7 card.

Ink blended pastel background with 3D embossing folder. Add some detail with a sanding block.

Finished the inside with a rainbow of stenciled flowers.

More stencil fun, and a spring bouquet!

Betterpressed sentiment and some pretty Peony Pink sequins.

More stenciling and another Betterpressed sentiment.

Betterpress all the way here!

Played with the Sakura Koi watercolor palette for the first time on this panel. Except for the darkl  background. That is Daniel Smith Moonglow.

I found a label die to cut out the Betterpress sentiment, and the hummingbird was watercolored at the same time as the front of the card.

Distress paint and Lunar Paste created the beautiful patina on the embossed background.

More watercolored images and a shaped panel to highlight these images.

A strip of the background added to the inside of the card  to finish it off.

I foiled the Sealed Cord Betterpress plate on Neenah Desert Storm cardstock and trimmed it out with  scissors.

Another example of the two color wax bead seal. This time it is Gold on Fern.

Reverse foiled and die cut sentiments on the card front and on the inside.

Distress Mica Stain sprayed background takes center stage.

3D embossing and Lunar Paste gilding really bring this pattern to life.

Another Betterpressed and die cut sentiment, and the last card is complete!
