The striped paper is from the hostess pack in Pear Pizzazz and I used Rich Razzleberry as an accent color. It really makes me wish for weather that is warm enough to go plant my flower beds and containers. This year I plan on putting in some raised beds for vegetables so that they will actually produce something! My vegetable gardens in this pure sugar sand have not had enough nutrients or water to mature... I miss those fat juicy tomatoes and crisp, cool cucumbers from the garden. Oh, and sweet corn and squash, sweet peas, green peppers, onions, beans, and carrots, rhutabegas.... OK can you tell I grew up with a HUGE garden ;) Alrighty then, back to the card, lol!
Inside I used a scrap of the DSP and stamped the floral image in Crumb Cake. Pretty simple, but there are a few layers.
- Stamps: On the Grow
- Paper: Naturals Ivory, Crumb Cake, Pear Pizzazz, Rich Razzleberry, Pear Pizzazz DSP
- Ink: Jet Black Stazon, Crumb Cake, Pear Pizzazz, Rich Razzleberry, Baja Breeze, Early Espresso
- Other: Scallop Oval punch, Large Oval punch, Modern Label punch, Word Window punch, Stampin Dimensionals, Pearls Basic Jewels, Blender Pen
And you may have noticed this is a slightly different shape...well I pulled the cardstock from my scrap file and the cardbase is 4¼"x5" oops!! It's still cute though, don't you think?
