I had quite the day (night time for normal people) tonight! I had a lovely visit with a PA (Physicians Assistant) that I used to
work with and found out we are both new (or in my case, soon to be new)
grandmothers. I just happened to have a follow up asthma appointment
with her and we got some personal visiting done too :) After that I went
grocery/grandbaby/gardening supplies shopping, which was a good thing. I made some wonderful roasted vegetables with my new spices from
Season with Spice (potatoes, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, sweet peppers, onions, and carrots with Malaysian Satay, then a batch with Sweet Curry) and some awesome
Stittsworth Brats (Maple Smoked Brats). Ate some of the chocolates that I picked up at
Chocolate's Plus , got my bread machine out to start making my own bread again, and my kitchen is cleaner than when I started cooking, lol! And I still had enough time to make a fun card! I'm all for local small businesses and these are all great ones, so I had to share about them a bit :)
I had some help from
Seize the Sketch.....
.....and
Colour Q......(don't you just adore that color combo?!).....
....and
Retro Sketches! I just got so inspired by them all, I couldn't leave any of them out :)
I played with some new to me stuff again. Gold, gold, everywhere! I can't get enough of it :) The tag was made with a combination of dies and the Envelope Punch Board to round the bottom corners.
