SUO Demos/Designers Showcase Blog Hop - 2017 Holiday Catalog

Time to hop with a new group of friends, a group of people on Facebook that only use Stampin' Up! Products. We are using products from the 2017 Holiday Mini today. Enjoy!

I am using the Half Full stamp set. Wine is always in season, according to those who drink it. I do enjoy a lovely pear wine, wine a full 12 oz of lemon lime soda added. Yes, I am that woman. White wine spritzers and a little Moscato are about all I can handle!

Black and white are very trendy right now, and this combo is always very sleek. So why not indulge in one of my current favorite things to do- clear embossing on black cardstock! I love how it looks.

Some simple stamping, clear embossing, and stitches around the layers (cuz I can't NOT stitch), and I had a card done in less than 10 minutes!

Same for this one, but reverse the layers and switch up the layers. A little secret- I flipped the stamped white layer over, stamped the line of wine glasses in the middle, and die cut the circle. No need to hunt up a scrap since the center of that layer was getting covered anyway!

Both cards use the same sentiment on the inside, and featured whichever wine glass image that was not on the card front.

Tanya I love the black and white on these two "wine" cards and I'm super impressed with the clear embossing on the black card stock. Awesome idea. Both cards are super impressive. Love them inside out! Thanks for sharing.

Love both your cards Tanya. Totally agree the black and white theme is very sleek and the added clear emboss and stitching just adds so much style to them. :)
