Peachy Mom's Day

More Mom's Day stuff! I am not sure if I like this one yet, but someone did because I don't have ANY Mother's Day cards left to send to my moms. They all got sold at work :)

I love how this butterfly stamp looks as a background and the style goes so well with the crochet trim. I also used my square punches for their intended purpose for once, lol!
  • Stamps: Strength & Hope, Messages for Mom
  • Paper: Peach Parfait, Soft Suede, Naturals White
  • Ink: Peach Parfait, Soft Suede, Crumb Cake
  • Other: 1¼" Square punch, 1-3/8" Square punch, Scallop Trim border punch, Scallop border punch, Signo white gel pen, Stampin Dimensionals, Victoria crochet trim, Rhinestone and Pearl Basic Jewels
I combined the butterfly and the word block along the bottom. I really like the words used in this word block. I know they were chosen to represent cancer survivors, but they really work for moms too. And the sentiments alone in the Messages for Mom make this set a winner! Each line is an individual stamp so you can combine them anyway you want.

Such a pretty card with a beautiful combination of color, texture and embellishments. I think I need to stare at it some more to make sure I caught it all...

I love the non-traditional colors on this one-- no pink! Plus, the combination of the two stamps--perfect.
