I adore the Chase Your Dreams set. We are an increasingly global community, and I love having images and sentiments that have a more global focus. This set surely does, and it will be staying in my stash for future use even though it is retiring 😔
A couple months ago, I was playing with some watercolor techniques and made a couple of these panels. I used Dapper Denim, Emerald Envy, and Mint Macaron to watercolor the circles, and was trying for an ombre effect in each circle. Then the panels just sat in my incomplete projects dish on my desk.... until I decided to add these fun images in Archival Black. I did some really crude masking with sticky notes the try to keep the images just inside the circles, and it worked pretty well.
I think I should play with this set some more before it retires! Because after it retired, I am not likely to share creations with it on my blog 😐
