Hey friends! I have one of the four projects I made for the Stampin' Up! blog post that went live on May 18th. I thought I would go a little more in depth here than I could on that post. 😁
The distressed stamp helped add some interest to the Crumb Cake panel stamped in Crumb Cake with the "route 66" image.
I almost have a compulsion when it comes to stitching on my cards, and this card was no exception! I think this card needed it though. It really ties everything together. However, I think this card would look fine without the stitching, if that is not how you roll, lol.
I made a video of the making of this card. I hope you enjoy it!
Inside the card, I stamped the greeting in Archival Black ink, and the tire tread in Crumb Cake ink. And I added a little stamped-off Crumb Cake distressed image.
One more shot! Hopefully it really highlights the texture from the embossing folder. Love that thing.
What uses have you found for the Cable Knit embossing folder? Be sure to come back and get the extra details on the other projects I made with this set!

Super cute masculine card. Love the Cable Knit "tire treads".
